Antrim is named after the town of Antrim and also is home to Belfast, Lisburn and Ballymena, among others. Also home to THE GIANT’S CAUSEWAY, A WORLD HERITAGE SITE.
You can fly into Belfast airport, drive up from Dublin on the motorway (around 90 mins from Dublin to Belfast) or sail in from Scotland to Larne.

Slemish about eight miles (13 km) east of Ballymena, is notable as being the scene of St Patrick’s early life. St Patrick was a slave for seven years, near the hill of Slemish, until he escaped back to Great Britain (According to tradition).
